Who I Serve

I work with competent, successful people who want MORE - more clarity, passion, enjoyment, profit, or team effectiveness, and are ready to risk trying new things. They love to learn, grow and succeed, but may feel stuck, confused with all their options, or simply need that extra support, encouragement or strategic insight to assist them to stretch for and reach their full potential and destiny.

I work with solo entrepreneurs and business owners who want to increase their current business, or expand into new markets and still HAVE a life. They often feel overwhelmed and feel guilty if they take time for themselves. What I help them do is co-create business and marketing systems so they "reproduce themselves" and resolve the tension between the competing demands on their time and energy so they feel energized, emotionally free and happy.

I work with women in the workplace or ministry who are frustrated with the double standards in a male-dominated culture. They typically feel conflicted because they choose to honor and respect tradition and authority, yet they desire to move beyond the artificial "glass ceiling" resident within the system. I assist them to continue to excel - expanding their influence - and empower them with strategies to overcome the real and artificial limitations and frustrations, and regain self-respect.

I work with individuals who feel stuck in their careers. They have grown professionally and have reached the point where their job has to grow to accommodate who they have become. They can also find themselves on either end of a company downsize - they survived, but now need to do the work of three people, or they were let go. So whether they are under-employed, over-employed, or unemployed they now feel disillusioned and unnoticed. I help eliminate the fog and help them define themselves anew and identify the strategic steps that will empower them with courage and fresh purpose and direction.

I work with executives and managers who are either running on high octane or "fumes".  They are tired of their adrenaline addiction, or simply tired, and feel the loneliness and isolation that is inherent with leadership. I provide them with a non-judgmental, confidential sounding board and help co-create energetic, hope-filled systems and strategies to keep them on target and at a sustainable pace.
