Teleclasses
Teleclasses are classes or seminars that are conducted through telephone conference calls. You and 5 or more people call a regular United States phone number, called a bridge line, at the scheduled class time and you are welcomed and oriented by the teleclass leader.
The teleclass is similar to a university class type of discussion. It is a highly interactive dialogue that incorporates lecture, questions and discussion. You can participate at the level at which you are comfortable - whether that be just listening and learning or engaging in the discussion. They are fun and very informative.

"10 Hidden Keys to Effective Forgiveness: move past fear and anger to reconnect with your dreams." Have you ever tried to forgive yourself or someone else and been disappointed with the results? Success Coaching
Coaching is a one-on-one relationship between a coach and a client that is strategically focused on empowering and supporting the client to move forward in a specific area of their life. It is a results-oriented accountability agreement. The client sets the agenda and collaborates with the coach in identifying and breaking through barriers and developing best practices to achieve their goals.
Coaching is not therapy or counseling. Coaching is about identifying and developing strategic actions that assist the client to stay on course and move forward toward their defined outcome. Unlike therapy, coaching does not attempt to explain behaviors or dig into the client's past.
Coaching is not consulting. A consultant is often hired to give advice to a client. Coaching is about asking powerful questions to unlock and draw out the answers within the client. Coaching enhances the client's personal development, strengths and competencies.
Coaching is typically done over the phone, once a week, for 3 - 30 or 45 minute sessions held three weeks in a row. As your coach I will explore, encourage, challenge, advise, make specific requests and listen well to keep you aligned with: who you are, are becoming, your strengths, values, goals and your vision. In between sessions, I am available for short phone calls, and e-mail support on an as-needed basis.
