I have a dream...
I founded InsideOut Freedom, in part, as a vehicle to help fulfill the dreams and purposes in my heart. I discovered that my full given name, Bradford, is derived from the Anglo-Saxon words the broad ford. Hence, I am and provide a broad place (many paths and methods) where many people can safely cross over dangerous waters to reach their desired destinations.
I am passionate about helping 100 million people experience a barrier-free life. A life where we are not held down or held back because of the artificial limitations that we ourselves or someone else puts upon us. I desire that we experience personal and professional freedom to the point that we are literally transformed in our awareness, attitudes, and actions so that we can joyfully fulfill the dreams and life purposes that reside in our hearts.
Can you imagine what a powerful "tipping-point" this amount of transformed people*, who are "captured" by freedom, can have on altering the current man-made divisions between generations, genders, races, nations, companies, organizations and their interpersonal and communication habits? *[A 100 million people is about 1.5% of the current world's population of 6.75 billion].
I'm after transformation! This is a huge intention and "game" I am playing and I need many quality people with a variety of gifts, talents and experiences to help bring this about. Are you one on them?

Who are we?
We are a group of volunteers, from very diverse backgrounds, who thoroughly enjoy suggesting ideas and improvements for new products and services. These tangible items in turn would benefit individuals, small businesses, entrepreneurs, CEOs, and professionals who desire more freedom from their limitations so they can experience the freedom to pursue and capture their dreams.
I am committed to helping transform the identity and economy of the state of Michigan. I want to help return it to its prosperous and generous origins of innovation and creativity so that it positively touches many industries and segments of society. The InsideOut Freedom R&D Team members desire this result for their local communities, organization and corporations whether they live in Michigan or elsewhere.

You can expect...
As a member of the InsideOut Freedom R&D Team, to receive emails 2-6 times per month. We'll share a question we're pondering, a problem that we are encountering, or an idea that we're developing, and ask for your opinion, solutions, insights and ideas. We also may send you a rough draft version of a new ebook, teleclass, or workshop we are developing and need your suggestions to improve it's content and overall impact.
That I do NOT expect you to respond to each email. Based on your available time and interest, you have the freedom to answer or delete the message. Realize that even a couple words have the potential to generate an idea or new path that is profound! The point is that we truly desire and need your valued input.
For us to not respond back to you, individually, to each of your suggestions. We will respond back to the entire team, via email, with a summary of your suggestions and ideas. We will also inform you of the difference it has made with the corrections, improvements or the scrapping of the project. We may respond to you individually with clarifying questions to mine the riches of your idea, or to thank you personally for a particularly insightful contribution.
To receive my abundant gratitude and appreciation. You will be notified and given "front row seats" to participate in pilot programs and teleclasses that are developed. We will also acknowledge your input, as a team, in programs, ebooks etc.
You Agree and Understand that...
I intend to create quality, intellectual property by integrating some of your suggestions and ideas. Legally, InsideOut Freedom and Brad Bandemer will be the copyright owner of this material, and will use these programs, ebooks and services and sell them at my discretion. If you are not comfortable with this approach, please do not join the R&D team at this time.
Since you, as a team member, will be assisting me in the initial design and development phases of these projects and services, I am obviously asking you to keep these ideas and projects confidential until I finish the process and make it available to the general public.
